Outsmarting insomnia

If counting sheep isn’t doing it for you anymore, try some simple-to-do, easy-to-follow suggestions for a fitness and nutrition expert who’s certified by the American Council of Exercise.

Remember, with insomnia, if it lasts for two weeks or longer, it’s time to talk with a sleep specialist about the situation. A sleep study may be warranted, or possibly it’s a matter of making some lifestyle changes to help resolve the situation.
